What we do
We gather the costs each village publishes and work out, the same way for every village, what you’d pay to move in, what it costs each month, and what you’d get back when you leave. Then we explain it in plain words.
Who runs Clear Village
Clear Village is being set up as an independent service. Details of the organisation behind it, and how it’s funded, will appear here before public launch.
This is a prototype
Clear Village is a prototype. Figures are being checked and may change. Anything we know needs fixing is listed by our data team and fixed in the next update, never patched by hand on the site. The current figures are from release NAT-R2-2026-11-04, with data as at 4 November 2026.
How figures are gathered
Figures were gathered and checked with the help of AI from public documents. Not every figure has been reviewed by a person. Every figure says where it came from, so you can judge how firm it is. Read how we work out the figures.
